This policy explains what personal data we collect through artemisaistudio.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
When you request a scan, you give us: your name, your phone number, your email address, your website address, your business name, your industry, your main service and location, what you would most like to improve, and, if you choose to give it, a budget range.
We also collect standard technical information when you visit the site — your approximate location, browser and device type, the pages you viewed, and how you arrived. This comes from Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
We do not ask for and do not want payment details, identification numbers, or any sensitive personal information.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone outside the parties named below.
Netlify hosts this site and receives your form submission so it can be delivered to us.
Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel receive anonymous usage data about your visit. Meta may use it to measure and target advertising. You can opt out of Meta's advertising tracking in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.
These providers store data outside Singapore. We rely on their contractual protections for that transfer.
We keep your enquiry and report for as long as you might reasonably want us to refer back to them, and no longer than three years after our last contact, unless you become a client — in which case normal business records apply. Ask us to delete your data sooner and we will.
Under the PDPA you may ask what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent means we stop contacting you and delete what we hold, which also means we can't complete a report in progress.
